You learn fundamental footwork, elegant arm techniques, and choreography at a comfortable pace. You will learn the rhythmic Tango Gitano (4/4) Not ready to commit? Join a “Flamenco Prueba” introductory session first
Even if the term has started, you are welcome to jump in! Bonus: All students get to participate in/enjoy the student performance!
1) Wednesday 28/1, 19.25, 14 lessons
2) Thursdays 29/1, 17.55, 14 lessons
Beginner with same dance experience 3+ months flamenco or a experience amateur dancer/sport/music.
Focus: Smooth transitions, better posture, better ZAPATEADO/rhythm – better BRACEO /FLOREO, simple TURNS.
Goal: A dance choreography GARROTÌN – dance with a Spanish hat called SOMBRERO CORDOBES
For your first class, any comfortable thick-heeled shoes work. We also have shoes to borrow! Not sure about the level? Feel free to try a lesson or two before committing.
